Who is Mission Lighthouse Ministry
Hello and welcome.  First, please allow me to say thank you for taking the time to read this introduction. It will indubitably familiarize you with our ministry. When you reach the end of this short introduction please continue through the site and enjoy.

My name is Alex Aleman.  I am a native of Georgia. Born and raised in the Atlanta area. The Lord so chose to bless me with Christian parents as well and Christian grandparents who taught me the word as I grew. He did not stop there. I was also afforded the chance to go to Christian school, where I receive, not only an academics education, but also was blessed learn the Word of God. Needless to say, I have been in the instruction of the Word of God all my life.

At the age of 14 my brother began to play guitar and which sparked an interest in me as well. Before I knew what had happened, I began to write music and soon was playing piano. The Lord has given me many songs of love and emotion that a teenage boy would feel at that point in life. Later, He began to bring me songs of praise and worship and continues to do so to this day.

By God's grace, I was  given the opportunity to be the worship leader at Mount Carmel Christian Church for several years and enjoyed bringing the people of God into His presence. There is something about ushering the spirit of God into a worship service that will never get tiresome to me. Whether it’s at a youth rally or at a Sunday morning service, or maybe at a revival, it’s a chance to experience God face to face once again.

I have to say that one of the things I love to do most is to preach the Word of God. To have the opportunity to share the Word with someone who may not know Jesus is a chance I do not take lightly. It is a great responsibility, but to bring someone to the Lord carries a great reward and satisfaction to know that one more soul has found eternal life.

The Lord called and I answered His call to ministry. So with the help of my friend David Brown, we started the ministry of Mission Lighthouse that you see here today.

The idea to start a ministry came to me many years ago.  Back then, my brother in Christ, David Brown, was my right hand man.  He was instrumental in it's creation.

He had originally coined the name of "Mission Lighthouse Ministry".  He was already witnessing and creating videos to share on the net under that name.  As I began to feel Gods call on my life, I partnered with him and after much prayer, we decided to use the name of Mission Lighthouse Ministry and see where God would lead.  Dave was a born again Jew and had such a love for the things of God and really wanted more that anything, to get the message of Gods love out into a world.

Sadly, yet joyfully on April 9th 2013, Dave went on to be with his Lord.  Yet, his love for God and the ministry that we started lives on.

So what do we do?  Minister.  Whether it is through performing original music, singing with my wife and 2 children, preaching and delivering the message of God, drama's that stir the soul, that is what we are all about.  Using the talents that the good Lord has given us to further his kingdom.

On this site you will find a full explanation of who Jesus is, what salvation is, what it means to be a Christian and how maintain a relationship with God.  When planning this site I wanted to give God the full glory and make sure that, even if I never heard from a single person who visited, they would at least have the resources to understand salvation and the relationship that follows, with our Lord and Savior.

There are links to YouTube videos that are a great resource for music and speaking engagements as well as a Video Blogs.

I pray that you will be blessed by what you see and hear and if you are interested in having use come out and minister at your church at your event or group, please visit our Contact Us page to reach us.

In closing, I hope that God will watch over you and continue to watch over all his children as we go about the fathers business. I will leave you with this verse:

Matthew 5:16  "Let your light so shine before men, that. they may see your good works, and. glorify your Father which is in heaven."

Sincerely;
"sharing the light"
