Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat upon them, nor any scorching heat. For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Revelation 7:16-17 This particular verse hits close to home for me, especially. Eight months ago, yesterday, I lost my dear mother to a disease called Polycythemia Vera which eventually turned into acute leukemia in the end. It was a devastating disease, yet, what I was astounded at was that my mother did not find it hard to know that she was dying. While on her death bed in the hospice facility, the pastor of the facility and I both got down on our knees and prayed for her. In the end when we both said, “Jesus Amen,” she repeated it. The question at this point was: did my mother come to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior? The answer is this, it is what was ever in her heart at the time and it is up to the Lord Himself to accept that as acceptance of Him. At the same time, I do pray that she is not hungry anymore or thirsty anymore. The tears are gone, my mother did not cry for her condition. She did worry a great deal how her sons would fair after her departure from this earth, but that is not something she is doing anymore. For all those who have gone before us, we pray that you are on the throne with the Lamb of God and that you are comfortable and that you are no longer running tears from your eyes.
Let’s Pray: Father God, we pray that our loved ones are with You and that You are making sure that they no longer hunger nor thirst. We know that You are making sure that the sun does not beat down upon them as their souls are with You. Father God, please, we pray that You lead them to the springs of living water and that because they are with You that you wipe their tears. We do remember, Lord, our Loved Ones and we hope one day, when You call us Home to Your Kingdom that we will no longer hunger; that we will no longer thirst and that You will wipe away our tears as well. In these things we pray in Your Son’s Most Holy and Precious Name. Amen!

Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read. . . . — Isaiah 34:16 Do you like to read. Do you seek answers to questions that you just cannot find? Where do you seek these answers? From the internet? What if they are questions that cannot be found on the internet? What if only God can answer them? How do you ask these questions? Hopefully, like most believers, we pray for the answers. We seek the Lord in many different ways. We seek Him through prayer, of course, yet, we must remember that He, through man, gave us The Word, the written word, also referred to as The Holy Bible. We must read it, and we must read it and understand what it says. There are two parts to the Holy Bible. There is the Old Covenant which is the Old Testament, written before Christ and the New Testament which presents us with the New Covenant given to us by the Lord Jesus Christ. Take the time to read the Holy Bible. There is a lot to learn and do not only read it once, but many times. Read it daily and you will seek the Lord and find the Lord through it.
Let’s Pray: Father God, You are the Written Word. You delivered the Word to us since the beginning of time. Through the word Father God, You let us know what it is that You have done and accomplished for us, Your Children of this Earth. We thank You Father God for the Word and because You delivered it to us so that we can understand what it is that You have in store for us, we shall read it and we shall read it often. Father God, thank You for the deliverance of a Savior, Your Son, Jesus Christ who we pray these things and much more in His Most Holy and Precious Name. Amen!

Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? . . . — Matthew 8:26 What is it that you fear? Are you afraid of the dark? Are you afraid of the uncertainty of what is coming tomorrow, the near future or sometime later on in your life? Are you afraid of death? Well, if you have faith, no matter how little or how great it is, know that the Lord is there for you and that He will take care of you in life as He will in death. For the longest time since I was a pre-teen, I had the most terrible fear of death. It was so bad that I had a rough time with hypertension and hyperventilation. When I would hyperventilate, I would sort of freeze up and I would be unable to catch my breath. My only thought was to find a way to gather my thoughts and to find the answers to getting better. Well, today, being a new Christian and accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior I know longer have the fear of death because I know two things: Death is part of the cycle of life and what is coming when we are called home to God’s Kingdom. Great things await us and I am one who cannot wait!
Let’s Pray: Father God, there are many things in life that I fear and You are one of them. I know I should not fear anything because You are there for me. I also know that You delivered our Lord Jesus Christ to this earth so that He could relieve us of our fears, our sins and our transgressions. Father God, I pray that I do not fall into the trap that death is bad. I do not want to fear it ever again. Our time on this earth is short and Father God, I pray that when the time comes for me to return Home that I do so with grace and no fear. I pray these things in Your Son’s Most Holy and Precious Name! Amen!

For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made. . . . — Romans 1:20 People say that they have a hard time believing in something that they cannot see. They have a hard time believing in a higher authority that they cannot see and wonder how it is that He can deliver answers to prayers. However, it has to come to a head knowing that it was God who made this beautiful earth and the heavens that are infinite and abounding. There is no other way to state it, God created the Heavens and the Earth and when He finished what He did, He said that it was good. So, we, inhabitants of this earth have to see that God does exist whether it be in an unseen form or one that is something that is made on this earth. Think of the mountains and the grassy fields. Think of the beautiful oceans and rivers. What about the things that you have? Did you make them? No. All things that we have are God-given which includes our talents and believe it or not our bodies. God delivered us here because He has a purpose for us and we need to live it the way that He wants us to. Pray to Him and He will give you the answers that you seek as to what is important and what is not.
Let’s Pray: Father God, we may not be able to see You, but we do know that You are there. We look up into the sky and You are there. We look around at the mountains, the oceans and the rivers and we know that You are there. We have our good days and our bad. We know that You are there. When we pray, we know that You are there listening and hearing us. Thank You Father God for all that You have given us in this world. Because of what is made and what we have around us Father God we are thankful that You do exist even though are unseen. You are not unfelt though. We feel You in all of our heart and our souls. In these things we pray in Your Son’s Most Holy and Precious Name. Amen!

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord. . . . — Colossians 3:23 (NIV) Work, this is a four-letter word that most people associate with something that is not fun. However, working, whether your are employed by a company or own your own company is something that is required to be successful or at least making an attempt at being successful. So, simply put, the best thing to do is to do what you do best, do it with all of your heart and treat it as if you are working for the Lord as we do as His servants. Take that work and enjoy it, make it your own and let people know that you are happy with what you do as you would make the Lord pleased in His eyes as you go to work for Him spreading the Gospel of His Son Jesus Christ.
You know, my job is not the greatest. But as most people say, “It is a job and be glad that you have one.” Sometimes this can be patronizing because most of the people who tell me this and maybe even you are in a good position, whether they are making a great deal of money or are retired and enjoying their retirement. Granted, most people who are retired have earned their place in life and history and at the same time, those who are making more money than you and I are there because either they knew someone or are good at their skill and God saw to it that they were going to have the “time of their life,” providing the rest of society with their talent’s which most of the time were given to them by God.
Speaking of God given talent’s, my partner in this venture, my best friend, my blood brother in Christ, Alex was given the talent from God to be a great musician and a great speaker, spreading the great message provided by the Holy Bible. He “goes to town” with his talents. He enjoys what he does and he gives his all including his heart. He is in great service to the Lord and this can be seen in the video’s and his music which are present on this website.
“Let’s Pray: Father God, thank you for providing us the opportunity to show you that we are working not only for ourselves, but for the greater Good which is You. We work with all of our heart like we do when we are in service to You Lord. Thank You for providing us the energy, the good health and great attitudes that we need to be successful. Father God, I personally thank You for providing me with such a great Christian brother as Alex so that he can continue to not only inspire me but all those around him with his great attitude, his vibrant energy and his talent of music and speaking that You provided him. He does everything from the heart and I pray that You continue to protect him so that he can provide for his loving family of Carrie (wife), Christina (daughter) and Chloe (daughter). I pray all of these things in Your Son Jesus Christ’s Most Holy and Precious Name. Amen!

“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. . . .”— Matthew 6:25: (NIV) Jesus Christ taught us much. He was one man who walked this earth to let us know as He says here, Do Not Worry. We are not to worry about what to eat or drink, or about our bodies or what we will wear, because He is the one begotten Son of the Father God in Heaven, actually, He is God in the flesh who was sent to walk with us as being one of us so that we can accept Him for who He was and who He is. Our worries of today, our stresses of life are not ours alone to be burdened with. We must remember to release our pride and to lift our burdens to the Lord because He will take care of what we cannot take care of alone. It is said in the “Footprints,” When your footprints disappear, do not worry. That is just Me carrying you. This is Jesus telling us not to worry about our lives. What a blessing it will be when we return Home. Are you ready for the journey?
Each and every day, my wife Amy and I find ourselves in a new adventure. I say adventure because we have what is called a debt that finds itself improving and then one that seems to sneak up on us again due to unforeseen difficulties. This is not my idea of a fun time. But I know this, without faith, without belief in the Lord Jesus Christ and Father God in Heaven that debt will continue to grow. Here is how I see our debt problems: We are in this great abyss and someone has thrown down a rope. Here is the problem: the rope is too short and we just cannot jump high enough the grab it and start being pulled out of the abyss. So, we have to believe that that rope will get longer and we will begin to climb out of the abyss. Debt is evil and it is something that we have to do what we can to avoid it. Debt destroys as does Satan and we have to do what we can to defeat it and that is why God delivered Jesus Christ to earth so that He can teach us, walk with us, talk with us and to carry us when we need carrying.
Let’s Pray: Father God, we pray that You continue to take our burdens when we lift them to You. We are forever in Your debt when You worry for us, carry us when we need carrying. Father God, thank You for delivering Your Son Jesus Christ to us when we needed Him most. We are ever thankful Father God when we are buried in an abyss of worry and stress where we have nowhere else to turn. In these things we pray in Your Son Jesus Christ’s Most Holy and Precious Name. AMEN!

Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. . . . — James 4:14 This is a good way to start the coming week. After so much devastation because of earthquakes, tsunami’s, death in war, kidnappings and other evil happenings in the world of late, the Book of James asks us, “Why?” as we do not even know what will happen tomorrow? Does this not mean that we do not have to worry? Can we actually get a good night sleep and wake up to the rising sun, go off to work and not worry about a single thing? If this was the case, we would be a perfect people. Folks, we are far from perfect. However, remember when God delivered us Jesus Christ, His only begotten son to earth to walk with us and to walk with us and to teach us God’s Word? Well, because of this we really do not have to worry. So do not worry about what happens tomorrow. Only He knows and we need to leave it in His hands.
Let’s Pray: Father God, we do not really have the right to ask Why? Only You know what is in store for us each and every day. We pray, Father God, that You provide us comfort, a world free of worry, but to not make us perfect because this was left only to Jesus Christ. This is not to say that we cannot mimic Him. As Christians we want to live a Christ-like life and so we shall. Father God, thank You for a beautiful weekend and may the week ahead be exactly what we want it to be. Keep us safe from harm’s way; keep us from evilness and sinfulness. These things we Pray in Your Son Jesus Christ’s most Holy and Precious Name. Amen!
